"I’m missing that leaf from the family tree"

…And scare whoever it was leaving the toilets

It’s been a while since i’ve written on my blog, i’ve mainly kept it to my pictures but I have to share this because this was literally one of the funniest things that has ever happened today. We found this old stage box for the theatre outside the toilets, and when I came out of the loo my mates Greg and Luke were hiding behind it, scratching it and making weird noises in an attempt to scare me. Knowing what they’re like I knew they would either be hiding, or waiting somewhere to make me jump.

After I found them, we then heard a hand-dryer going off in one of the loos, and we told Greg to hide behind the box again and scare whoever it was leaving the toilets. Me and Luke ran up some stairs nearby to listen to Greg scare this poor, innocent loo user. As we heard the toilet door open I noticed none of the mens or womens doors had opened, and turned to Luke in the sheer panic that this must mean the person leaving was from the staff toilets just down the corridor. Snorting our laughter away we listened as Greg started scratching and making roaring noises through the box (please bare in mind Greg is actually 18). We then heard our head of year, Mrs Bestic (or breadstick as she can be known), bewildered, ask “What on earth are you doing in there?” as she lifted the box to reveal an extremely embarrassed Greg on his hands and knees doing his best tiger impression. Me and Luke stood there in hysterics, we were crying so much and our stomachs hurt from laughing til we felt sick. Was one of the funniest things i’ve ever witnessed.

To my granddad. You were a best friend to me, never forgotten. When the sun shines, and the sky is clear, I know you’ll be up there. Sleep well, Bobby. Rest in peace  xxx
